Request Account & Data Deletion
In full compliance with Google Play's Account Deletion Policy and Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v), users have the unconditional right to request the complete deletion of their account, personal biodata, and uploaded photographs.
A Instant Self-Serve Deletion (If Logged In)
If you still have access to your account, you can permanently delete your profile immediately with zero waiting period:
- Log into your Member Dashboard.
- Click on Settings & Privacy or your profile avatar.
- Scroll to Delete My Profile.
- Select your reason (e.g., Found my match / Got married or No longer looking) and confirm.
B Web Deletion Request Form (App Uninstalled / External Request)
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log in, submit this web form. Our Data Protection Officer will process your deletion request within 48 hours:
Request Successfully Registered
Your deletion ticket has been submitted to the Grievance & Compliance Officer. An authentication code has been logged, and your profile data will be permanently wiped within 48 hours.
